Payment Conditions: Any event that does not provide proof of payment within the agreed deadlines will be considered cancelled, applying the deductions described in the cancellation conditions. The number of diners may be increased up to a maximum of 72 hours before the event and in no case more than 10% of the previously confirmed number. Any other extra that does not appear in this estimate will be invoiced separately. Any change or variation will always be notified in writing.
Refund Conditions: 100% full refund for cancellations 15 days prior to the event. 70% refund for cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to the event. 50% refund for cancellations between 6 and 3 days prior to the event. 100% of the accepted budget retained if you cancel between 2 and 1 day before the event.
