ABSOLUTE RECORD AT THE SPANISH POKER CHAMPIONSHIP AT CASINO MARBELLA

ALMOST 200.000€ DELIVERED IN PRIZES

The Spanish Poker Championship has exceeded all expectations with more than 1.000 entries among satelites, side events and main event. Casino Marbella has distributed 199.920€ in prizes. The results have multiplied versus last year, giving an outstanding result at this stage. The player “Pepelu” originally from Malaga was proclaimed Champion of this stage, with a prize of € 35,000.

The sixth CEP stage has registered 398 players, only at the main event at Casino Marbella. The prize pool got to 168.433€ shared among the first 40 players qualified.

José Luis Calvo, “Pepelu”, in addition to raising the “Pica” of Spanish Champion, he took the commemorative watch, the sponsorship for all stages of the CEP 2020 and an entry for a € 10,300 tournament of the EPT Barcelona 2020.

Manuel López, that got to the final table at Barcelona and Madrid stages this season, got the second title, winning also the sponsorship for all stages of the CEP 2020 and an entry for the Barcelona EPT Main Event 2020 worth €5.300.

Since the tournament began on Wednesday, October 23rd, Casino Marbella has not stopped registering visits. Players from all around the country have opted for Marbella as a mandatory stop.
