Born in Malaga, Agustin brings his touch of "Malaga flavor" to all his creations.
With an extensive professional career since he was young, he has been part of the team of great restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars such as Restaurante Tragabuches (Ronda), Restaurante Calima (Marbella) and Restaurante Mesana (Marbella), the latter under the guidance of the prestigious chef Ramón Freixá.
During this time, she has continued her training, expanding her knowledge in nutrition and dietetics, signature pastries, chocolate, and continued training at El Celler de Can Roca, awarded as the best restaurant in the world in 2015.
His footprint extends both nationally and internationally, participating in the United Nations Catering in New York, the Winzerstube Restaurant in Germany and the Vizcaya Palace in Miami.
For more than 10 years he has been in charge of Restaurante Casino Marbella, where every year he surprises at the highest gastronomic level with the latest culinary trends.
