Failure by the participant to comply with any of the Legal Terms and Conditions implies the implicit waiver of their participation.<\/p>\n<p>Persons who comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and meet all the requirements specified below may participate in the PROMOTION:<\/p>\n<p>be over 18 years of age;<\/p>\n<p>have their legal domicile in Spain;<\/p>\n<p>3) not be self-excluded as they are registered in the General Registry of Prohibition of Access to Gambling (RGIAJ) or registry of prohibited access to gambling of the corresponding Autonomous Community;<\/p>\n<p>4) be the holder of a Sportium settled bet ticket of at least 5 euros placed within the participation period, in the territory, and sign up on the sheet located in the premises with their personal details (name, telephone number, barcode, prediction and signature).<\/p>\n<p>5) accept these Terms and Conditions, which are understood to be fully accepted by participation in this PROMOTION.<\/p>\n<p>6) For the purposes of the PROMOTION, the following is understood:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 &quot;Account&quot; means the user account associated with a personal Sportium wallet card through which a SPORTIUM customer can place bets at SPORTIUM betting venues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 &quot;Bet&quot;: gambling activity in which an amount of money is risked on the results of a previously determined event, with an uncertain outcome and beyond the control of the parties involved in it.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 &quot;Formalise&quot;: validly placing a bet in accordance with the provisions of the &quot;Glossary of Terms&quot; contained in the &quot;Sportium Betting Organisation and Operation Rules&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Any other terms specific to betting and\/or the PROMOTION that appear in the Legal Terms and Conditions must be interpreted according to the definition of said term contained in the &quot;Glossary of Terms&quot; contained in the &quot;Sportium Betting Organisation and Operation Rules&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>SPORTIUM will only contact the Participants by telephone call made only to the telephone number they have designated when depositing their settled bet tickets of at least \u20ac5 on the sheet, as participants in the draw. Therefore, it is of vital importance that the Participants enter correctly, completely and accurately their contact telephone number, which must be the real and proper number of each of the Participants.<\/p>\n<p>Participants who do not meet all the aforementioned requirements, especially those who fail to comply with their obligation to enter their telephone number correctly, completely and accurately, will not be able to participate in the PROMOTION nor will they be able to obtain the Prize.
