More than 40 years collaborating with social rights

FINAL DESTINATION OF THE “ORPHANS” CHIPS

Casino Marbella contributes to the development and social assistance of the city through its “orphan” chips. A tradition that has been carried out since its opening in 1978, and that each year adds a significant amount to the improvement of society.

These “orphan” chips are those that are lost in the room and are redeemed for their financial amount for subsequent donation.

This year’s delivery, which accumulated € 4,482, took place on February 5, 2020 at the Marbella City Council with Mrs. Isabel Cintado, Councilor for Social Rights. The mayor appreciates the solidarity gesture of this entity, collaborating in this way with the groups and people in the city that need it most.

In its long journey with this tradition for more than 40 years, Casino Marbella has donated more than € 200,000 to disadvantaged groups that are destined to the development of municipal social programs and aid.
