After the gastronomic red tuna days at the beginning of June, Casino Marbella Restaurant already has its new proposals in seasonal dishes for the most anticipated season of the year.

Keeping the star dishes so requested by their regular customers like the Iberian secret Gyozas or the Shoulder of Malagueño goat, its chef, Agustín Román, includes new Mediterranean and refreshing creations for the summer season.

The new seasonal menu presents dishes as delicious as
White garlic melon with grapes, cod, cheese snow and honey,
monkfish pie with mayonnaise kimchi or spicy green curry croquettes with white prawn;
It is worth highlighting its carefully selected winery, with a wide variety of wines according to each dish to pair and enjoy the culinary journey through your five senses.

The gastronomic space of Casino Marbella is open every day at night from 21:00 pm. until 3:30 in the morning (July and August)
and offers both group menus, tasting menus or a la carte menu.
