In this new proposal, the chef Agustín Román, bets once again for the national product, offering the possibility of delighting with dishes such as the White smoked garlic with lime ice cream or the Artichokes confit with black pudding and hollandaise sauce. On this occasion the Niguiris Duo is crowned with intense flavors, where salmon and foie gras become the undisputed protagonists of a maelstrom of nuances that will transport diners to an unforgettable gastronomic experience, fusing the best of the sea and the land in every bite.
