With an extensive professional career since he was young, he has been part of the team of great restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars such as Restaurante Tragabuches (Ronda), Restaurante Calima (Marbella) or Restaurante Mesana (Marbella) in this case guided under the guidance of the great chef Ramón Freixá.

During this time she has continued her training expanding her knowledge in nutrition and dietetics, signature pastries, chocolate and even at El Celler de Can Roca, awarded as the best restaurant in the world in 2015.
