To access the Casino you must be over 18 years of age and present the following valid photo identification documents, photocopies are not valid:

• Spanish citizensID card, Passport, Driver's license.
• Foreign citizensID, Passport, Driving license, Identification documents valid in the client's country of origin with photograph (EU citizens), Official Spanish identification documents (Residence card or foreigners' identity card), Official identity documents of diplomatic and consular representations' personnel. Identity document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

In compliance with Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree-Law 5/2018 of December 13, it is essential to sign the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION document to access the inside of the establishment.

PROTOCOLIt is forbidden to enter the Casino with swimwear, men's tank tops, flip-flops, sunglasses, hats and bulky objects (such as backpacks, suitcases or motorcycle helmets). It is not allowed to enter the Casino with food and/or beverages or pets.

The venue reserves the right of admission.

It is not allowed:

• The access or permanence in the room to persons who manifest violent attitudes.
• Access to persons carrying weapons or objects susceptible of being used as such.
• The use of symbols or images that incite violence, racism or xenophobia.
• Being under the influence of alcohol or other stimulants and causing for this or other reasons, annoying actions to the public, employees or users that may alter the normal development of the games.
• Smoking or use of DSLNs (sensitive nicotine delivery devices), except in designated areas.
• Taking photographs or videos in the facilities.
• Access to persons who are included in the Registry of Gambling Access Interdictions (RIAJ).
• Any other requirement of the applicable Legislation and Regulations.
