Casino Marbella promotes the training of new gaming professionals

The gaming and leisure sector is going through a period of constant growth, resulting in an increasing demand for specialized profiles capable of delivering a high-quality experience to customers.

Aware of this reality, Casino Marbella once again commits to attracting and developing talent through a new edition of its Croupier School, a program designed to prepare future casino professionals from a practical, real-world perspective.

The training program, free of charge, will focus on two of the casino’s most iconic games: Blackjack and American Roulette. The sessions will be delivered by industry professionals who will provide both the technical knowledge and the skills required to perform the role of a croupier with confidence, precision, and a strong customer-focused approach.

The training will begin on March 2, 2026 and will last three months, with afternoon sessions held at Casino Marbella’s own facilities. This format allows students to train continuously on real tables, ensuring full immersion in the working environment from day one.

To access the program, candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude, responsibility, and a strong service mindset—essential qualities in the entertainment sector. Training related to Hospitality and Tourism will also be valued, as well as holding a valid driving licence and having access to a personal vehicle.

Students who successfully complete the course will have the opportunity to join Casino Marbella’s team, becoming part of a well-established company that offers stability, continuous learning, and professional development within a dynamic team.

Interested candidates should submit their CV with a photograph, indicating the reference ESCUELA 2026, to the email address personascasinomarbella@cirsa.com. Selected candidates will then be invited to a brief personal interview, which will take place between February 24 and 26, 2026.
