Casino Marbella will train new professionals,free of charge, in its next Croupier School

Specialising as a croupier is a great opportunity for those looking to learn a new profession, with future prospects and guaranteed stability.

Following the boom in the gaming industry and the positive annual balance obtained in the last year, Casino Marbella, starts a Croupier School in order to expand its staff with a view to the future. The training, which is completely free of charge, will last for three months and will start on the 4th of March, focusing on the discipline of Black Jack.

The course, which will take place from Monday to Friday afternoons at the Casino’s facilities, will be taught by professionals with years of experience, who will teach the candidates all the techniques and skills necessary to become authentic croupiers.

Casino Marbella provides students with access to quality training and at the same time helps them to enter the job market, offering an employment contract to all candidates who have successfully completed the course.

People with initiative, a desire to learn and a clear customer service orientation are the necessary characteristics to become one of the selected candidates. No experience in the sector is required. The only essential requirement, due to the usual customer profile, is to prove your English level through a short oral test.
