AGUSTÍN ROMÁN. EXECUTIVE CHEF CASINO MARBELLA
Born in Málaga, Agustín brings his “Málaga flavour” touch to all his creations.
With a long professional career since he was young, he has been part of the team of great restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars such as Restaurant Tragabuches (Ronda), Restaurante Calima (Marbella) or in Restaurante Mesana (Marbella) in this case guided under the consultancy of the great chef Ramón Freixá.
During this time, he has continued his training, expanding his knowledge with nutrition and dietetics, signature pastries, chocolate and even at El Celler de Can Roca, awarded as the best restaurant in the world in 2015.
Not only at a national level, but also at an international level he has left his mark taking part in the United Nations Catering in New York, Winzerstube Restaurant in Germany or the Palacio de Vizcaya in Miami.
For more than 10 years now, he has been in charge of the Casino Marbella Restaurant, where every year he surprises at the highest gastronomic level with the latest culinary trends.
