Casino Marbella Restaurant welcomes the season with its renewed menu. On this occasion, the chef Agustin Roman surprises again with a unique proposal where the selected ingredients combine to perfection creating a harmony of flavors and textures that awaken the senses and take gastronomy to new levels of sophistication. 

In his constant commitment to national products, but without renouncing his fascination for exotic ingredients, Agustín presents five elaborations carefully designed, that will captivate lovers of signature cuisine. 

Paying tribute to Peruvian culture, the irresistible "Salmon ceviche, quince and lime nuances". stands out for its freshness and originality, promising to become the star dish of the season. In a contrast of more traditional flavors, the "Hot Casino PotatoesThe "Sausages" provide that daring touch, with just the right touch of spiciness and the intense flavor of its homemade sauce. On the other hand, the "Veal Swiss"elegantly reinvents a classic flavored veal oxtail stew, presented in a delicate brioche bun. which transforms this dish into a creative contemporary proposal. Continuing with the gastronomy of the land, the "Mazamorra, mango and mojama"masterfully integrates the sweetness of the mango ice cream, the subtle saltiness of the mojama and the slight bitterness of the almond, making this creation a feast of contrasts that will leave an indelible mark on whoever tastes it. 

To close the presentation, the chef challenges the limits with the "White chocolate soup"A delicious dessert where the smoothness of the chocolate is broken by the acidity of the red fruits and the crunchiness of the almond rocks.
