Casino Marbella collaborates with Harena Fundation

PROJECT “SOLITUDE 0 – LIFE 10”

Casino Marbella recurrently contributes and supports the city of Marbella through different projects promoted by the Town Hall for social benefit with its “orphan” chips.

We call “orphan” tokens those that are lost in the gaming room and are collected and exchanged for their economic value for later donation.

In this case, Casino Marbella has launched a new mechanic; this time for Slots players in its Jackpot Paradise area. Taking advantage of the game tickets not redeemed in the same way.

Thanks to this new internal initiative, all proceeds will go to the Harena Foundation and its project “Soledad 0 – Vida 10”. This project is conceived as a care program for elderly people who live alone and who are often at risk of social exclusion or dependency, through the accompaniment and promotion of active ageing activities.

A project with the aim of promoting the independence and integration of the elderly in the province of Malaga through the care, affection and company of volunteers, while sharing their knowledge and experience.

This project is carried out both at home, in hospitals and in nursing homes. It is possible to collaborate both in person and by telephone. With its slogan “Give your time against loneliness”, in Málaga carries out social action projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the elderly through volunteering.
