In order to continue offering a unique experience, Casino Marbella offers a renewed concept of its restaurant, which is positioned as one of the most select restaurants on the coast. The kitchen, led for more than 10 years by chef Agustín Román, renews its menu to make way for the summer season, presenting its new dishes with “Flavours to Remember”. A perfect combination of flavours and textures that will remain engraved in the memory of the most select palates.
Always faithful to his cuisine, Agustín presents us with an innovative concept using Mediterranean products as raw materials. This year he surprises us with a traditional Salmorejo with payoyo ice cream, Spaghetti nero with prawns, mojama and dried tuna and a Tuna, pumpkin and spinach loin. Not forgetting the multicultural wink in his creations, the Duo of salmon and foie gras tartar niguiris becomes the star dish of the season.
To finish off its new composition, it delights us with two irresistible desserts: fluid nougat sponge cake with hazelnuts and chocolate surprise.
In addition, Restaurante Casino Marbella offers various options, among which are the ‘Try it all‘ and ‘Time to share‘ menus, with which it recovers the most successful concepts of its gastronomic offer while innovating from its main focus: combining traditional Spanish cuisine with Hawaiian, Japanese and Moroccan, thus creating a balanced gourmet fusion. “Try it all” is designed for those diners who are committed to good food, treating themselves to an exclusive menu priced at €54 per person. On the other hand, “Time to share” is designed to enjoy culinary delicacies as a couple. A tasting menu, where you can enjoy 5 elaborate dishes for an incredible price of €79 per couple.
