In this new proposal, the chef Agustín Román, bets once again, for the national product, offering the possibility of delighting with dishes like the Ajo Blanco with smoked fish and lime ice cream or the Artichokes confit with black pudding and hollandaise sauce. Two exquisite suggestions where top quality ingredients bring out the authentic Mediterranean essence.
As usual, in the new dishes there is no lack of exotic influences, always present in Restaurante Casino Marbella due to its wide clientele that embraces different nationalities. On this occasion, the Niguiri Duo is crowned with intense flavours, where salmon and foie gras become the undisputed protagonists of a maelstrom of nuances that will transport diners to an unforgettable gastronomic experience, fusing the best of the sea and the land in each mouthful.
The icing on the cake is an irresistible Banoffee that stands out for its seductive creaminess and intoxicating sweetness, captivating the senses of the most demanding palates.
